Create a group
Every crew gets its own rankings.
Tuesday nights, Thursday padel, a class at the club: a group brings together players from your circle, with its own rankings. Here's how to keep it alive.

Create it
Tap New, then Group, and give it a name. New group, in the Groups tab of your circle, does the same.
Add your players
On its page, Add players searches your circle: one tap on a name is enough, with no invitation to accept.
Share its link
Share the link sends it wherever you like: whoever follows it joins the group, and your circle.
Open its rankings
See the group rankings opens the rankings for its players only, and every member sees it too.
Who's in it
A group brings together players from your circle. You add them directly: they get a notification, and they're free to leave at any time.
You're the owner: only you can add, remove, rename and delete. A member sees the group and its rankings, and can leave it.
Two members aren't necessarily in the same circle: on the group page, anyone can invite a player they discover there into their own, and Boast puts them among their suggestions.
Player not on Boast yet?
Add them from the add window, with their first name, last name and mobile number.
Their number will let them find this group and claim their profile when they install Boast.
The share link
It's created the first time you share it, and you alone share it. Whoever opens it sees the group's name and how many players are in it — never their names — then Join the group: they join your circle at the same time, and you're notified.
No account? They sign up first, then open the link again to join.
The link never expires: only share it with those you want to welcome in. A player removed from the group can come back through the same link — a blocked player can't.
The group rankings
In the rankings, Who appears in the rankings lists your groups alongside My circle and Everyone — the ones you created as well as those you were added to.
Then, under Which matches to count, two ways to read the same group:
All matches
Everyone keeps all their points, wherever they played and against whoever.
Internal matches
Only matches where every player belongs to the group count — doubles included.
Points don't move: every match keeps the value calculated the day it was logged. The filter only decides which ones count toward the total.
On a profile, the Stats tab offers the same filter, placing the player among the group's members.
One group per class
Manage a verified club? In its dashboard, the Your groups here section creates one group per class or time slot, tied to the club: share the link and your players join on their own.
On one of your group's pages, Attach to a club does the same for an existing group. The club's name will appear under the group's. It changes nothing about its players or its rankings.
Rename, delete, leave
At the bottom of the group page, the owner renames or deletes, a member leaves:

The new name shows up right away for everyone in it.
Delete group
The group disappears for all its players. Your circle and your activities stay untouched.
Leave group
You'll no longer see its rankings. The owner can add you back anytime.
Frequently asked questions
Does a group filter the feed?
No: the feed filters by sport and by club. A group serves the rankings, and a profile's Stats tab.
Who can see my groups?
Their members only. A group isn't a privacy level: it hides no activity, and shows none extra.
How many groups, and how many players?
Up to 25 groups of your own, and as many players as you like: beyond 100, the group rankings show the top 100, and say so.
A group name I find offensive.
Tap Report this group's name on its page: the Boast team can rename it.
