Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Between the ages of 13 and 15, registration requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian, declared at the time of registration.

Your account is identified by your mobile number and protected by a code sent via SMS. You are responsible for anything published from your account. An account is used under your real identity: no impersonation, no account opened in someone else's name.

You may record the matches of players who don't have the app — a child, a relative without a phone, a guest. These players have no account: they cannot log in and receive no messages. When you play on behalf of one of them, everything written under their name is published by you, from your account. By creating such a profile, you declare that you have the consent of the person concerned or, in the case of a child, that you hold parental authority; you are responsible for what is published in their name. You may delete the profile at any time, and give them their own account as soon as they are 13 and have a mobile number.

Your content

The scores, descriptions, comments, photos and clubs you post remain yours. You simply grant us permission to display them within the application, according to the visibility you choose, activity by activity. You may edit or delete them at any time.

Zero tolerance for abusive content

No abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or discriminatory content or behaviour is tolerated on Boast. This applies to descriptions, comments, photos, club names, profiles — everything that gets posted.

In practice: blatantly abusive text is refused at publication; any content can be reported in a single tap; reported content is reviewed within 24 hours and removed if it breaches these rules; the account that breaches them is banned.

Reporting and blocking

Report. Every activity, profile and club has a "Report" button. Describe the problem: a moderator rules on it within 24 hours.

Block. From a player's profile, "Block" cuts off all contact: your activities become invisible to them (and theirs to you), and they can no longer send you an invitation or add you to an activity. Your list of blocked players is managed in Settings → Blocked players.

Fair play on results

A match is published as soon as it is recorded and is declared after the fact — never in advance. Each opponent has seven days to decline it: the match then disappears from the feed, the statistics and the rankings of every participant. Once that period has passed, the result stands. Declaring fanciful results, or systematically declining genuine matches, may lead to the removal of the content concerned.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, straight from the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — profile, activities, photos, circle connections. The details are in the privacy policy.

The service

Boast is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or update features. If these terms change substantially, you will be notified in the app before the change takes effect.
